TOLBERT'S GENERAL CONTRACTING

Tolbert’s General Contracting helps homeowners in Wylie and Dallas–Fort Worth update bathrooms for everyday use, rental turnover or a larger renovation.

PROJECT SCOPE
Discuss tub-to-shower conversions, shower and tub replacement, tile, vanities, fixtures, flooring and painting. We plan the work around the existing space, finish choices and any plumbing or electrical work requiring the appropriate licensed specialist.

WHAT AFFECTS THE ESTIMATE?
Bathroom size, demolition, tile selections, waterproofing, fixture locations and concealed damage all affect the scope. Keeping the layout can reduce disruption; moving fixtures can add work. A site review helps identify those differences before pricing.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Call Jarrett at 214-442-3111 or use the Contact page. Send your property’s city, a description of the changes and your preferred timing. Let us know which fixtures you plan to supply. Photos can help during the discussion.
